The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program developed by Kristen Neff, PhD and Christopher Germer, PhD is an internationally recognized and evidence-based program that combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance well-being.

In this 8-week course, participants will acquire the skills to bring mindfulness and self-compassion to their daily lives. Open to all adults with or without previous experience with mindfulness meditation. All are welcome.

Mondays, 7:00pm-9:30pm
September 23, 2024 - November 25, 2024
with a 4-hour retreat on Saturday, November 2nd from 1-5:00pm
