    Mindful Self-Compassion

    The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program developed by Kristen Neff, PhD and Christopher Germer, PhD is an internationally recognized and evidence-based program that combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance well-being. In this 8-week course, participants will acquire the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to their daily lives. Open to all adults with or without previous experience with mindfulness meditation. All are welcome.

    Mondays 7-9pm, September 23 to November 25 with a 4-hour online retreat Saturday, November 2 from 1-5pm
